1) Make Sure that IDM is Install in your computer, Else Download latest Internet Download manager 6.11 from HERE
2) Download .torrent file of a particular which you want to  download with IDM.
3) Now go to ZbigZ.com
4)on ZbigZ.com, Click on upload and Upload the torrent file.
5) Click on Go button
6)Wait till the torrent file is Cached.
7) when The torrent file is Cached, Click on Download button

8) It will ask for ”choose your account”, Click on Free Account.
9) Wait, Downloading will start automatically.
